I am located in Arlington, Texas, but I work virtually so I can serve clients anywhere in the United States.
No, but when tax time rolls around, I can work with your CPA or tax professional to make sure they have everything they need to do your taxes. The advantage of using a bookkeeper is that keeping balanced books throughout the year makes it easier for your CPA or tax preparer to file your taxes. (It’s also cheaper and helps you know how profitable your business is year-round.) If you don’t already have a CPA or tax preparer, I can recommend one.
My rates vary based on each client’s unique needs. The best way to know your rates is to book a free consultation with me. Once we meet, I will have an idea of what your business needs and then put together a proposal with all rates included.
I am certified in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and FreshBooks. I also have experience with Wave (which does not have a certification). If you are already using bookkeeping software, I can use it. If you do not have bookkeeping software, part of our consultation and my proposal will be to recommend software that is a good fit for your type of business and within your budget.
The best way to determine a business’s success is its balance sheet.
